Dr. Ratanshi is an extremely kind, knowledgeable and very experienced microsurgeon. He has guided me through several breast reconstruction surgeries since 2023. If something doesn’t work he always has a plan and lots of ideas. He is known for his personal attention, follow up and going above and beyond for all his patients. In various Surrey hospitals that I’ve been in under his primary care the nurses always speak highly and fondly of him which speaks volumes. His support staff at the office is top-notch as well. I think anybody would be lucky to have Dr. Ratanshi as their surgeon.

I feel blessed to have had Imran work on me. I had my breast implants removed and a lift performed last month. I feel so much healthier without breast implants. The symmetry is perfect, I am very pleased with the outcome.

I don’t have enough words to truly express what Dr. Ratanshi has done for me but I will try, because this deserves to be said from the heart. I was referred to Dr. Ratanshi when i had a positive punch biopsy for a superficial melanoma. His great front desk staff got me in within a week. The office was super efficient and Dr Ratanshi very knowledgeable and reassuring. He operated and removed the growth ten days later. He said he tries to get people in quickly when they have a cancerous growth to get it out for them . He was very kind during the procedure and told me that he sent the whole growth for pathology to make sure it was the same as the punch biopsy and would call three weeks later with that result. His office set up that phone call right away and he called with the good result that no further followup was needed. Overall it was a great experience in a difficult situation and Dr Ratanshi was so kind, knowledgeable and informative. I could not recommend him more highly. I am very grateful to him and his staff.

Had a WCB claim, sliced the tendons on my left hand from index to ring. He wasted no time getting me in and taking great care. Assured me from the day it happened to 7 weeks later that he would fix my hand. And did exactly what he said he would, couldn't recommend him more ;)

Dr Ratanshi and his staff are wonderful. Dr Ratanshi did my left wrist for carpal tunnel surgery and it’s healing beautifully, you wouldn’t know I had any surgery. I highly recommend him.

What an amazing experience I had with Dr. Ratanshi.

This is the second plastic surgery I have had done by him. My first surgery was done in 2021; he gave me a breast lift. My results were great. I have very stretchy skin (I guess) and my breasts needed a small revision to my areola because they were too big looking for me, which i wasn’t going to do until I had my next surgery. This time I was ready to get a tummy tuck, liposuction in my back to give me the hourglass look, and the small revision on my breast (my areola). He was very informative, He did not push me, he showed me cases he did in the past. Informed me of the risks and the outcomes. He had me come into the office 2 times and he called me 1 time prior to the surgery date to ensure I was informed, and all my questions were answered. The day of the surgery I was very nervous. Dr. Ratanshi and his staff were very calming. The real work and "plan" are done the day of surgery. He marked me up and discussed my breasts. Remember, the breasts are also his work.. As he was marking me up, he asked me if I was okay with doing a small revision to my lift (from 2021), at no extra cost. I was blown away! YES YES YES!! He made the plan right there in that moment, informed me of the plan, got my consent and we were ready to go. Why would I do all this work, just to not be 100% satisfied? Dr. Rantanshi reads his patients and their expectations. He knew my concerns and what I wanted to achieve. When I woke up from surgery he came to my bedside 3 times! I felt so special and taken care of being in such a vulnerable state. I just want to say what an amazing experience I had at the surgery centre. I felt very fortunate to have had my surgery where I had it. I was Informed by the nurses all the way to the very end. I felt safe, happy and comfortable.

The ladies are so sweet, so kind and just a pleasure to be around after waking up from anesthesia. I really believe it works into the healing process if you wake up feeling this positive energy. They need more of you! The centre was clean, bright and welcoming.

After surgery I was in pain, but not unbearable. They made sure I was ready for pain management prior to surgery. I was ready to heal. I saw Dr. Rantanshi 1 week later for my first follow up appointment. He was so patient, kind and gentle during my 1 week follow up. Answered all the questions my husband and I had, even if the questions felt silly, he didn’t make us feel silly.

I had a 3 week follow up, again was great, quick but great.

I just had my 6 week follow up and I have been released to go on with life as normal. My results look unbelievable, snatched and exactly what I was going for.

He IS the doctor you want for your cosmetic surgery. I applaud him and his team for their wonderful work!

From my initial consultation to the post-procedure follow-up, Dr. Ratanshi consistently demonstrated an exceptional level of care. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Ratanshi was incredibly professional. The explanations provided regarding the procedure, potential risks, and aftercare were clear, concise, and easy to understand. Additionally, the staff were well-organized and efficient, reflecting Dr. Ratanshi's commitment to high standards. Despite the clinical nature of the visit, I felt heard and respected. Dr. Ratanshi is a caring, knowledgeable and excellent surgeon. I was referred to Dr. Ratanshi by the Surrey Breast Health Clinic in May of 2024. He was very busy, yet he took the time to inform me, ask questions, and listen to my health concerns. He made suggestions and gave me some options to consider.

I have nothing but overwhelmingly great things to say about Dr. Ratanshi. I was first referred to him for reconstructive surgery because my dog bit the left side of my nose off. Upon my first visit I knew I was so thankful to end up in his office. I sat and cried the whole time I sat in his office while he took his time thoughtfully examining me and taking notes , while talking to me with such warmth and kindness. What I soon realized was his way every time, he sat down and let me ask as many questions as I could think of at the end of the appointment. Throughout the process of fixing my nose, I kept bringing up the fact that I had already been researching surgeons for two cosmetic surgeries and he very patiently explained that he would do them, but we needed to focus on on my nose first, so that I was physically and mentally prepared for my cosmetic surgeries. I can’t believe the magnificent job he did on my nose. Most people didn’t even know I had been missing half my nose after the first reconstruction and now no one would know at all after the second. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Ratanshi and will never hesitate to recommend him, ever. I’m now two weeks out from my first cosmetic surgery and again he nailed it. He did exactly what I asked for and it looks completely natural already. I cannot wait to see the next one!!

Dr Ratanashi is so kind & explains everything & makes sure you understand it. Doesn't rush your decision & gives you options & time to decide plus schedule a zoom call to go over all options and answer questions then schedule a 3rd in person meeting to decide on what you have decided. Excellent communication skills really wants to get you to a better place than you are currently.

If you are seeking a non judgmental surgeon for a breast reduction, I highly recommend Dr. Ratanshi. I went from a 28HH to a 28E and the results have been life changing. I no longer suffer with chronic neck and back pain, going to the gym has been a breeze, not to mention, I can breathe again! Aside from Dr. Ratanshi, I owe his receptionist a great deal for helping me get in on such short notice. Her understanding and kindness towards my situation made me feel truly cared for at their clinic.

I am grateful to all his work and extremely happy with the end results. I had mastectomy and implants for 8 years; I had suffered from implants pain and sometimes couldn’t breathe, plus other health issues caused by implants.

I went to Dr. Ratanshi to take out my painful implants and do DIEP, he was so patient with me, explaining in details what is the advantages and disadvantages of going for DIEP, he made sure I know all my options before I go through a long journey.

When I had some complications, he was so knowledgeable about what actions needed to be taken and gave me always priority to treat any pain and complications.

On top of that, the doctor’s staff and his front desk were amazing. They always fast in replying and getting back to me when needed and they treat their patients with good care. When I requested to be on the waiting list for the surgery, I didn’t wait much (only 6 months) for my surgery, it is amazing that the wait time isn’t crazy long, I can’t thank the doctor’s staff enough for all the care and fitting me always as soon as they can.

I recently did my septoplasty with Dr. Ratanshi. Everything went well and now my nose looks so much straighter and breathing has healed so much.

I had a bad equestrian accident and ended up with multiple breaks in my face. Dr. Ratanshi was my elected surgeon. I was terrified as I was already in a great deal of pain and it was my first surgery. But he made me feel so calm and spoke to me so naturally that it really made the whole process so much better. At my follow up appointment he took his time explaining the surgery I had had and made sure my mom and I both understood. He answered every question and I truly left saying how it was such a great experience. I’m very thankful Dr. Ratanshi was my surgeon!
